These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood. Booking a taxi and using our service implies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood," "we," or "us" refer to the company providing the service. The terms "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1. It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctual arrival. This includes all airport transfers where you must adhere to specific check-in times for your flight. Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate time for your journey or if you are not ready for collection at the agreed time.

2.2. You are responsible for selecting a car of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3. Passengers requiring wheelchair access should request this when making the booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1. Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood provides a quotation based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, this charge will be added. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote if there are significant changes to the stated itinerary.

3.2. Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and the cost of airport parking. Any waiting time beyond this will be subject to the standard Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood waiting rate. While we make every effort to accommodate flight delays by reviewing flight details, we are not obliged to do so.

3.3. Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to carefully review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood of any inaccuracies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4. Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.

4. The Service

4.1. You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. In case the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by a passenger, a cleaning cost may be applied.

4.2. Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the car.

4.3. All child passengers must be properly restrained according to their height, weight, and age.

4.4. We are not authorized to carry more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1. In the event you need to cancel your booking with Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood, please do so as soon as possible. If you cancel a vehicle after it has been dispatched, charges will apply based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2. If you have booked through our online system and cancel before the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge may be applied to the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1. While Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood will make every effort to ensure your timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses incurred due to delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances shall Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood be responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2. Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3. In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey with Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood, we will do our best to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your journey.

6.4. You shall not indemnify Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from the omission or act of anyone in your party.

6.5. No party involved can exclude or limit their liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered, whether through abuse, violence, or damage, by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during the hire.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood may subcontract its obligations as stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of the obligations or rights you have under this agreement.

8.2. Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood may change the terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. We recommend reviewing these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed about any changes. Existing bookings will be charged at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3. We handle information in accordance with the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4. This agreement represents the complete agreement between Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood and yourself.

8.5. These terms and conditions are not intended to confer any advantage or benefit on a third party. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement in place.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the date of the booking pickup. Cheap Mini-Cabs Cricklewood is not obligated to consider claims or disputes made after this time frame.
